Cancellations and refunds:

We take a lot of pride in creating high quality products. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please message us your concern via email on hello@karibykriti.com or call us on 9000218566. We will review these on a case to case basis 

1. We accept returns/ exchange within 5 days of delivery to you for most products except fragile/ breakable products and mattresses. The products must be unused and in their original condition

2. We issue store credits for all returns. These are valid for 1 year

3. Incase of damage/ manufacturing defect, we will replace the product

4. Shipping and COD costs will not be refunded

5. Once your return/ exchange request is approved, we request you to send the product back to our warehouse at the address provided

6. We do not arrange for return pick up and the return cost is to be borne by the customer. The returned products are inspected by our team and store credits are issued on your email address

7. Custom orders and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged

8. All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded

Shipping: 

1. All orders above Rs 800 ship free within India. We charge Rs 99 for all orders below Rs 799

2. We ship most products within 3-5 days of receiving the order and payment

3. Personalized products and Curtains take about 7-10 days for shipping

4. All orders are shipped via courier or India Post

5. Once we ship the product, you will receive a tracking number via email 

6. Please add your email address on checkout for email shipping notifications 

7. We do not accept cancellations on personalized products

8. Your order maybe split to reduce delivery timelines. Split orders are marked as partially fulfilled and you will receive the remaining products in due course

9. We accept cancellations in exchange for full refund/ store credits within 12 hours of placing the order. Incase the order is shipped, we do not accept cancellations

Cash on Delivery:

1. A COD fees of Rs 100 is applied to all Cash on Delivery orders. This is the convenience fees charged by the logistics company. The COD fee is not refundable under any circumstances 

2. We do not offer open package deliveries
